Patriot Academy: A Life Changing Experience

Last Saturday, Kassie Dulin, governor of Patriot Academy, spoke with Phyllis Schlafly on Eagle Forum Radio Live about the life changing experience of attending a week long worldview and political training workshop at the Texas State Capitol.

Now, I'm sure you're thinking that this couldn't possibly be. How can "life changing" and "training" at state capitol be much more than lectures and boredom? During the radio interview, Kassie explained how Patriot Academy helps students understand how they can influence public policy.

For almost a week (August 4-8), students from across the nation will learn the legislative process on the floor of the Texas State Capitol, where they will write bills and guide those bills through the legislative process, debate and use communication techniques. Students also have the opportunity to learn about the cornerstones in American government, understanding a Biblical worldview and constitutional philosophy.
