Eagle Forum is proud to make available a new study program on judges and the courts created by Eagle Forum's National Court Watch Chairman, Dr. Virginia Armstrong, who has had a distinguished career as a professor of Constitutional Law. Her program is called "educating for action" and it consists of a multi-media presentation, plus a set of printed materials for immediate activist use, including candidate questionnaires and resolutions that can be passed by local groups.
Dr. Armstrong's study program can be covered in two hours, or it can be used as the foundation for further in-depth study about the Constitution, the courts, and the culture war. Her plan includes a program to teach citizens how to handle confirmation hearings of judges, and how Congress can pass legislation to limit the jurisdiction of the courts that are stepping outside the bounds of the Constitution.
I am hoping that many people listening to this program will invite a small group of your friends to join you in a study program on the courts. This is the same course that Professor Armstrong taught in a college for years, but she has arranged it so that you can use it for any kind of group, from homeschoolers to politically active citizens, to lawyers and judges.
