Releasing 36,000 criminals back into our streets is certain to endanger lives and property. The Daily Caller reported in January that of that number, 1,000 have since been convicted of new offenses. These crimes include 196 drunk driving offenses, 88 charges of theft, 69 of burglary, 24 of larceny, 26 of assault, 35 of battery, 178 of drug offenses, and two of rape. With President Obama’s executive amnesty, the number of crimes committed by deportable aliens is sure to grow. Loretta Lynch, who is Obama’s choice to be our new Attorney General says she has no problem with Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty, and that is reason enough to reject her.
We cannot continue to be a nation under law if the branch that should enforce our laws doesn’t do its job.
