A very alert border patrol agent, Hector Garza, president of the National Border Patrol Council, noticed that this vehicle, which had all the exterior markings of a Border Patrol SUV, was actually being used to smuggle illegal aliens. The border patrol agent pulled over the vehicle north of Laredo, Texas, less than 70 miles from the Mexican border.
After pulling the car over, the real border patrol agent then discovered that there were 12 illegal aliens stuffed in the back of the SUV! The border patrol agent told Breitbart that “this shows the level of deviousness and desperation these smugglers will stoop to in order to deliver their cargo. They will not stop. Whether they are smuggling drugs, humans or terrorists, to them it is just about the money.”
In early December, two illegal aliens were sentenced in federal court to life in prison without the possibility of parole for their murder of border patrol agent Brian Terry nearly five years earlier.
The gun used by the illegal aliens had actually been provided by the Obama Administration as part of the “Fast and Furious” program, which led to the holding of then-Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt by Congress for not cooperating during a congressional investigation. Kent Terry, Brian’s brother, observed that “there is still no accountability in this administration for the Fast and Furious scandal. If these guns had not been provided to the criminals under Fast and Furious, [Border Patrol agent] Brian [Terry] would still be alive.”
